I am not a new year revolutionist, but… I do need some motivation to make a slight transformation. I am not a large person, but I am not pleased with my current body composition. Too much struggling to find my future and not enough time enjoying where I am at…and exercising!!! So, I need to play catch up. Want to join me? I am looking at using the above programs for a solid 30 days before I move on to the next challenge.
